One Page Wushu!

Welcome to One Page Wushu!

What it is: Wushu is one of my favorite game systems. If you've played games with stunt systems that reward you for cool descriptions, that's what this is -- except the whole game is a stunt system! You get one die for each detail you add to your action.

For example...

I run across the surface of the water / light as a lily pad / and land on a tree branch. / "Now who has the high ground?" I taunt.

...would get you 4 dice!

Wushu's abstract conflict system focuses entirely on pacing scenes, and it's flexible enough for adventure, horror, or anything else that benefits from vivid imagery or action.

What you get: One Page Wushu's front side gives you all the mechanics for basic resolution and conflicts. The back provides full examples of each part of the system, and also has a cool Create-a-Genre table.

The complete front page is in the screenshots, but I humbly ask for a donation. The writing and layout might be short, but boiling the system down and fitting it tightly into the layout was very challenging.
